AJJ delivers; as leaders they have always delivered what they said they would deliver. They have not let the Board or the membership down as long as I have been associated with them.

The management firm provides direction, schedules, and suggestions on a variety of topics. The staff is well qualified for their positions and lead rather than follow.
The GAPNA National Management Office ‘meets’, and in most instances, ‘exceeds’ the expectations outlined. I would like to provide my heartfelt appreciation not only for GAPNA’s National Office, but for all AJJ employees who have contributed in some way to GAPNA’s growth and success. There are so many exceptional AJJ team members who have diligently worked behind the scenes who have supported GAPNA for so many years. Without this incredible team, we would not be the premier, professional organization that we are.
Each president before me has lauded the staff at Jannetti for the direction and assistance they provide. They serve as a continuous presence as the volunteer leadership changes each year, gently and kindly easing new board members into the process of a national leadership position. I am thankful to Tony Jannetti and his AJJ, Inc. "family" for all they do for SUNA.
Michael oversees the day-to-day functions of the Conference Department and manages conference services for all clients who contract with AJJ, Inc. The department plans and executes approximately 50 conferences and meetings each year. He is also conference manager for the American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA), the Advanced Practice Neonatal Nurses Conference, the Neonatal Nurses Conference, and the Mother Baby Nurses Conference.
Heidi oversees all day-to-day employee and facilities services for AJJ, including human resources and business needs. She also manages orders through Mae Marketing, a division of AJJ that specializes in providing competitive pricing for corporate gifts and membership products. All proceeds from Mae Marketing are donated to the Nursing Economic$ Foundation to help fund nursing scholarships.
Karen re-joined the company in 1990 and serves as the executive director of the Nursing Economic$ Foundation which raises funds for and awards scholarships to nursing students at the graduate level. To date over $440,000 has been awarded. She has worked in many departments of the company from conference management to publications. Karen is a graduate of Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA with a BA in Political Science and Cornell University, Ithaca, NY with an MBA in Marketing/Market Research.
