AJJ staff functions as a well-oiled machine. There is a spirit of teamwork in the office and when you interact with the staff at national meetings and board meetings.

Thank you to our partners at AJJ for the wonderful job at our annual conference. From inception to closure, your team was efficient, responsive, competent and best of all - a real joy to work with. This conference was an incredible success and has laid the foundation for a very promising year for ANIA. Looking forward to continued success as we take this journey together!

I have nothing but good things to say about my personal interactions with the National Office staff. Communication has been clear and timely, process has been transparent, and all is well organized.

AJJ is superb with responsiveness, being proactive, holding leaders and themselves accountable to commitments and deadlines, keeping board on track, administrative support, providing weekly updates, team approach, attention to detail, customer service, dedication, warm and engaged staff, personable, and enthusiasm.

I have had experience in my role as regional director (RD) with staff at AJJ, but as president of the American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) over the last year I have had much more exposure to the staff and have nothing but praise for those interactions.

AJJ provides a warm and welcoming space and the appropriate equipment needed for our in person board meetings. All AJJ staff are friendly and accommodating.

They are reliable and I wonder if they know how much we depend on them. They not only serve the needs of officers, members, and chapters, but they are proactive, always reaching beyond the status quo. We owe our success as an Association to the staff at Anthony J. Each president before me has lauded the staff at Jannetti for the direction and assistance they provide. They serve as a continuous presence as the volunteer leadership changes each year, gently and kindly easing new board members into the process of a national leadership position.
