Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc. is a full-service association management, marketing, and publishing company serving the health care industry and specialty nursing associations. We are currently looking for an individual with strong administrative skills who will be responsible for association fulfillment of registration services and to travel for onsite registration management. The ideal candidate must possess a strong combination of diverse skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilization of a specialized systems for association fulfillment of registration services.
  • Accurate processing of mailed and faxed convention related registrations and maintains numbers, list facts, and related information pertaining to convention.
  • Responsible for the processing of transfers, deferrals, adjustments, cancelations, and refunds for conference participants.
  • Audits drafts of conference brochures. Confirms registration hours, session numbering, deadline dates, cancellation policy, and overall set up on the registration page.
  • Distributes weekly reporting including counts of attendance, sessions, and current financial income associated with convention. leading up to and at the conclusion of the convention.
  • Printing, stuffing, and shipping of onsite packets and materials.
  • Responsible for securing onsite help for stuffing and at the registration desk.
  • Participation in special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or the ability to demonstrate equivalent work/practical experience and knowledge.
  • Experience supporting external clients and customers a plus.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products and the ability to rapidly learn new technology and applications.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the association’s customers, volunteers, and staff while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and service.
  • Ability to perform and complete work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people within the larger AJJ, Inc. corporate team within the corporate structure and outside the organization.
  • Ability to travel nationally.
