AJJ Announces Its 2012 Employee of the Year

Melissa PattersonMelissa Patterson, a Customer Service Coordinator for AMSN and MSNCB, has been selected as AJJ's 2012 Employee of the Year!

Melissa has all the characteristics of the model employee — patient, a team player, pleasant, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional, and organized.

A person of many talents, she is "techno-savvy," can balance many tasks at once, and performs well under pressure.

This year, she went above and beyond — taking on new responsibilities left by two vacant staff positions, training new hires, compiling information and writing for publications, effectively handling the role of primary customer service representative, and assisting with the redesign of the association's website.

She also oversaw the entire development and unveiling of the first AMSN PRISM Award™.

Steadfast, trustworthy, and dependable, our 2012 Employee of the Year is a terrific asset to AJJ!
