Association Services Coordinator (AMSN)

(This is an IMMEDIATE HIRE position)

Position: Association Services Coordinator (AMSN)
Location: Pitman, NJ
Job-Type: Full Time (8:30am – 5 pm Monday - Friday)


This position is responsible for working directly with volunteer leaders and committees, including providing administrative support for reports, surveys, travel, and projects, as well as scheduling and participating in conference calls which may occur outside normal business hours. This position also assists in the maintenance of the association database and serves as liaison between the volunteers and other management firm departments. Qualified candidates will be responsible for attending the association’s national convention (5-7 days travel in the fall). Prior experience working with volunteers is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrates organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as the ability to learn a specialized database system
  • Bachelors Degree required
